MSI 3 Product Wins COMPUTEX D&I Awards 2016
MSI, a leading gaming brand is pleased to announced that they wins 3 COMPUTEX d&i awards 2016, with its brand-new, elegant full-arc designed GS73 gaming laptop and MSI’s small, powerful and high performance desktops, Cubi 2 Plus mini-PC and the MSI Vortex gaming PC received the d&I award.
The GS73 is 17.3 inch screen and powered by Intel Skylake chipset with Nvidia GTX 970M graphics card. It also features a 3.0 USB ports, Thunderbolt 3 via USB 3.1 type-C, HDMI 1.4, mini DisplayPort 1.2, combined with Bluetooth 4.0 as well as smart Wi-Fi 802.11ac. Full Keyboard with LED backlight.
The MSI CUBI 2 Plus is based on the Intel H110 platform controller hub (PCH) will target mainstream users. The systems can be powered by Intel’s Core i7-6700T, Core i5-6500T or Core i3-6100T processors with 35W TDP and integrated graphics. The systems feature two SO-DIMM slots for up to 32 gigabyte of DDR4-2133 memory, one M.2 slot for a Wi-Fi module, one M.2 for an SSD as well as a SATA port for storage devices.
CUBI 2 Plus will use Microsoft Windows 10 Home operating system. In addition, the system is equipped with one TRRS mini-jack and an SD card reader, one USB 3.0 type-C (5 Gbps), two USB 3.0 type-A, four USB 2.0 (including with charging capabilities), one DisplayPort, one HDMI and one Gigabit Ethernet connector.
The MSI Vortex features the same cylindrical shape as the Mac Pro from Apple. The Vortex is slightly bigger and comes along with its own MSI Gaming infused looks compared to the all glossy black layout on the Mac Pro. Packing an Intel Core i7-6700K processor that comes with an unlocked design along with dual GPUs. It features two GeForce GTX 980 GPUs , pack the full GM204 core with 8 GB of GDDR5 memory and 2048 CUDA cores.
