Introducing The New HP Z1 G3 Workstation: Smaller, Thinner And Lighter
HP introduced world’s first workstation all-in-one: the new HP Z1 G3 Workstation, combining the simplicity of an All-in-One design along with performance typically found in traditional tower workstations. This is the first revision of the company’s AIO workstation in 4 years, and HP claimed the new device is 51% lighter, 47% smaller, and 21% cheaper than its predecessor.
The HP Z1 G3 is powered by latest 6th generation Intel Core and Xeon desktop processors, offering 3 options of each CPU type. The Z1 G3 can sport up to 64 gigabyte of SO-DIMM DDR4-2133, with support for ECC memory with Xeon-powered configurations.
HP’s AIO Z1 G3 feature a 23.6 inches 4K LED-backlit LCD display, which can optionally feature a touchscreen. The 3840 x 2160 resolution has never before been featured on the Z1, and the increased pixel density has more screen real estate than the HP could previously offer in its AIO workstations. The UHD screen can be powered by the integrated Intel HD Graphics, or you can option for more horsepower with an entry-level Nvidia Quadro M1000M 2 gigabyte graphics module or a mid-range Quadro M2000M 4 gigabyte GPU.
The best all in one workstation,HP Z1 G3 will be available in the month of May, with a starting price of $1,498. But here is a free offering for existing ZBook Mobile Workstation and HP Z Workstation customers: You can download Remote Graphics Software (RGS).
