Smart VOC LV

The Smart VOC LV ("Lean VOC") is a very cost-efficient VOC purifier to process low concentrations (<0,5 g/Nm3). Low concentration VOC emissions are typically generated in printing and painting processes.

The LV has a very low operational costs as it requires very little support energy in its operations. By concentrating the low emissions in the active carbon or zeolite container, the incineration process can utilize the inherent energy in the VOC, when burned in the catalyst.

By using adsorption and a catalyst, the whole system can be made to fit a standard 20 feet container and still process a maximum of 30,000 m3/h. Higher capacities can be achieved by multiplying standard units or by tailoring bigger units in a larger "container".
