Internal factory logistics 

Our main intralogistics systems customers are within production industry, where the products are handled either on bases, or where the products allow handling is done without them. The range of products includes also storage systems.

The systems are designed to reach a soft but quick transport of products and materials through the whole production process of the customer. Our purpose is to minimize the number of handling sequences and to eliminate expensive transit storing. The product will come out of the process ready and nicely packed and the system can take care of loading the products in the correct order, sorted according to the transport units or to the transportation route. Succesfull material flow affects directly to the quality of the product and increases the productivity significantly.

The system also makes sure that the control room is aware of the location of each product during the whole process. In case of a malfunction, the monitoring system locates the fault and tells the user how to deal with it. It can also be controlled and monitored anywhere regardless of the distance.

Our largest intralogistics clients are, among others, Finnish Ruukki Engineering, Metso and Wärtsilä, Austrian Andritz, Swiss-Swedish ABB and Norwegian Aker Yards.
