New Competitive Sheet Metal Manufacturing Concept

Our goal is to complete our component and system offering with internationally novel sheet metal manufacturing concepts based on enhanced customer and business orientation, flexibility, quality, productivity and image. This includes innovative production and support processes based on business strategies.

The Formia sheet metal manufacturing concept will provide solutions for different lines of business such as mechanical engineering, logistics products, marine engineering and the construction industry.

Production concepts will be optimized for each customer using new combinations of selected competitive advantages. These include product and customer specific processes, operative excellence and modular product families and product platforms. Formia's competence in sheet metal working and roll-forming technology, and the combination of these, will enable light and strong sheet metal structures and guarantee long lifecycles and high quality. Additional benefits achieved include better control of external factors (e.g. noise suppression and vibration damping), high-quality finishing solutions, versatile fittings, design components, installations and lifecycle management.

Our service concept is becoming more extensive and we are able to design logistics and after sales solutions together with our customers while exploring the possibilities for manufacturing near to their customers.

Formia has started negotiations with selected partners in order to develop a competitive sheet metal manufacturing concept based on its competencies in roll-forming and sheet metal manufacturing technology and Formia's international partner network.
